Mercy Place Ballarat

Mercy Place Ballarat is a modern residential aged care home at 60 Corbett Street, Ballarat East, Victoria, operated by Mercy Health, a Catholic not-for-profit organisation founded by the Sisters of Mercy. Set behind the historic red brick building of the Sisters of Mercy, the home is built around a small household living model in which residents have their own room with ensuite and share a house with a small group of fellow residents. The home emphasises independence, choice and relationships, offering home-cooked meals, familiar communal home spaces, a personal laundry and outdoor areas. On-site services include allied health, audiology, a café, a dementia care service, dietitian-curated meals, and eye health and ophthalmology support. It is described as one of Ballarat's newest and most innovative aged care homes.
