AccessCare is a government-operated home care provider managed by Kingston City Council in Melbourne, serving the community for over 30 years and recently expanding to Frankston. The service delivers in-home aged care support, nursing and specialised care, respite services, and support for people with disabilities, helping clients remain living independently in their own homes. AccessCare provides personalised care plans and operates Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Package services across Kingston, Glen Eira, Stonnington, Port Phillip and Bayside councils. The organisation supports multiple languages and emphasises client choice, independence, and community connection.
