Chestnut Gardens

Chestnut Gardens is one of two residential aged care homes operated by Monash Health in Melbourne's southeast. Monash Health has been providing healthcare and aged living solutions to Victorians for over 100 years, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care. The facility offers residential aged care and respite care through the Transition Care Program, delivered by highly qualified staff. Interpreter services in over 100 languages are available, and a dedicated Aboriginal Health team supports culturally safe care including linkages to palliative care services.
