Uniting Bernard Austin Lodge Liverpool is a residential aged care home at 14 Boundary Rd, Liverpool NSW 2170, operated by Uniting, the community services arm of the Uniting Church in NSW. The facility uses an innovative 'Household Living' model, comprising two separate households of 18–20 residents each, designed to replicate the feel of an everyday family home. Residents receive round-the-clock personal care support, with a Registered Nurse on site daily and access to a range of allied health professionals including physiotherapy. Dementia care and high-dependency needs are supported. Visitors are welcomed on an open visiting basis, with family BBQ facilities and shared spaces available for socialising.
