RSL LifeCare is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1911 that provides residential aged care, retirement living, home care, and dedicated veteran support services across NSW and the ACT. The organisation operates numerous residential care homes and retirement villages at locations including Narrabeen, Merimbula, Penrith, Newcastle, and many regional centres. Care services encompass residential aged care, dementia care, and a range of home support programmes including Home Care Packages, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and DVA community nursing. RSL LifeCare has a strong focus on the wellbeing of veterans and their families, offering equine therapy through the Spur programme, DVA claims advocacy, employment support, and Veteran and Family Hubs across the state. The organisation is funded in part by donations from RSL NSW sub-branches and operates as a registered charity.
