Alzheimer's Queensland

Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1983, operating multiple residential aged care facilities across Queensland including Rosalie Nursing Care Centre, Windsor Aged Care Services, Garden City Aged Care, and McNally House. The organisation specialises in dementia and Alzheimer's care, with over 40 years of expertise and a team of 500+ professionals delivering both residential and community-based services. In addition to residential care, AQ provides community respite, Home Care Packages, a Specialist Dementia Care Program, and in-home support services. A comprehensive allied health division (AQ Health) delivers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietetics, and podiatry, along with condition-specific programs such as PowerPD for Parkinson's disease. AQ also operates a 24/7 national Dementia Helpline staffed by qualified healthcare professionals.
