Woomelang & District Bush Nursing Centre

Woomelang & District Bush Nursing Centre is a rural community health service, not a residential aged care facility. Established in 1965, it provides district nursing, emergency response care, post-acute care, telehealth coordination, and allied health services including podiatry and mental health support to the wider Woomelang community. The centre also facilitates community health programs, social activities, and supports to help people remain at home for as long as possible.
