Linked To Life

Linked to Life is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, supporting frail and elderly people who wish to continue living independently in their own homes across the Coffs Coast region. The organisation is funded by the Department of Social Services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and offers a range of in-home and community services including assisted shopping, accompanied transport, home visits, companionship, housekeeping, and health and lifestyle workshops. Linked to Life also provides Home Care Packages at Levels 1–8, offering individually tailored support plans for people with low, medium, and high care needs. A volunteer programme is central to the organisation's model, with volunteers providing direct support through home visits, bus outings, and social group activities. This is a home care and community support service, not a residential aged care facility.
