Iris Manor

Iris Manor is a privately operated, family-owned Supported Residential Service (SRS) located in Ashburton, in Melbourne's leafy south-eastern suburbs. It provides permanent supported accommodation with 24-hour care, short-term respite care, and a full range of in-home care services for older people and others needing daily support. Unlike standard residential aged care, Iris Manor uses a flexible, month-to-month, user-pays model with no Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs) or Daily Accommodation Payments (DAPs), charging a single flat fee from around $80 per day. Each resident has a private single room with ensuite, telephone and 24-hour emergency call button, with Division 1 Nurses available around the clock. Onsite features include freshly prepared meals, landscaped gardens and courtyards, hairdressing and podiatry services, and a calendar of in-house activities and local outings.
