BlueCare Redcliffe Home and Community Care

BlueCare Redcliffe is a home and community care service operated by BlueCare, a division of UnitingCare Queensland. It provides in-home support and clinical care designed to help older Australians remain independent in their own homes. BlueCare has delivered community care across Queensland for over 70 years, with the organisation founded in 1953. Services are tailored to individual needs and are available under the government's Support at Home funded programme. As a community care location rather than a residential facility, it does not operate aged care beds or residential accommodation.
