The community combines 52 independent living apartments with 128 residential aged care rooms (The Manor), including a dedicated memory/dementia care wing. Aged care services cover permanent, respite, palliative, and memory care with 24/7 staffing, and the site features Café Royce, landscaped and rooftop gardens, a residents' lounge, wellness centre, cinema, and the Maggie Beer nutrition programme. Additional health services include geriatric care and mobile dental via OnePointHealth. Opened in 2019 and operated by the Tulich Group, The Royce is named after NRL legend Royce Simmons OAM.
