Maitland Community Care Services (MCCS) is a not-for-profit home care and community services provider serving the Maitland region of New South Wales, operating as a trading name of ADSSI Limited (ABN 22 119 632 825). The organisation delivers government-subsidised in-home aged care through the Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), as well as NDIS disability supports, out-of-hospital care, Meals on Wheels, and community transport across Maitland, the Lower Hunter, and Newcastle. Services include personal care, household help, lawn and yard maintenance, in-home nursing (wound care, medication management, health assessments), allied health support, and social connection programmes. MCCS also partners with the Hunter Medical Research Institute to deliver the ESTEEM After Stroke rehabilitation programme at Kurri Kurri Hospital Day Centre. As a home care and community services agency rather than a residential facility, MCCS supports clients to live independently in their own homes rather than providing residential aged care.
