Omni-Care is a Melbourne-based home care provider operating out of Preston, VIC, that supports elderly, disabled, injured, and chronically ill people living in their own homes. Their services include personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, gardening, overnight care, and respite care, as well as Home Care Packages and NDIS support.
