Wintringham McLean Lodge is a full care residential aged care facility located in Flemington, Victoria, operated by Wintringham, a not-for-profit welfare organisation established to address elderly homelessness. The facility is part of a broader network of residential and supported accommodation sites across metropolitan and regional Victoria and Tasmania. Wintringham specifically serves people aged over 50 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and financial hardship, with a mission centred on equality, social justice, and individual dignity. The organisation recently celebrated a leadership transition, with founder Bryan Lipmann AM retiring after 36 years and Jane Barnes appointed as the second CEO.
