Northam Share & Care

Share and Care Community Services Group is a regional not-for-profit community services provider based in Northam, Western Australia, founded in 1975. The organisation provides 23 different services across 250,000 square kilometres of the Coastal, Wheatbelt and Upper Great Southern regions. Rather than a residential aged care facility, Share and Care specialises in home and community care packages for seniors and disabled individuals, along with mental health support, emergency relief, family services, and financial counselling. The organisation is governed by a volunteer board and funded through government programmes including HACC (Home and Community Care), Lotterywest, and corporate sponsors.
