BaptistCare At Home - Central West Hub - Parkes

BaptistCare At Home – Central West Hub (Parkes) is a home care service operated by BaptistCare, a purpose-led Christian organisation that has served Australians for more than 110 years. The service supports older people to remain living independently in their own homes across the Central West region of NSW, delivering tailored care plans under the Australian Government's Support at Home programme. Services span everyday practical support, health and wellbeing care, social connection, and rehabilitation and reablement programmes. Eligibility is open to people aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), as well as younger people with disability or dementia. The service operates Monday to Friday and encourages prospective clients to book a free in-home consultation.
