Albany Community Care Centre

Albany Community Care is a not-for-profit home care provider established in 1986 serving the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The organisation delivers in-home aged care services including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, clinical nursing care, and allied health support (physiotherapy and occupational therapy). Services are available under government-funded Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Support at Home packages, as well as to private clients. The provider operates a Social Centre offering group activities and a Wellness Centre with supervised exercise programmes, plus respite services including short-stay cottage accommodation. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, with in-home services available seven days a week.
