Hinterland Community Care

Hinterland Community Care is a Queensland-based home and community care provider serving the Isaac Region (Moranbah, Dysart, and surrounding areas). Operating for over 27 years as a not-for-profit benevolent association, they support aged people (65+), people with disabilities, NDIS participants, and carers with in-home and community services including domestic help, personal care, meal delivery, transport, and social activities. Services are individualised and tailored to help people remain independent, with funding available through the CHSP and NDIS schemes.
