Grafton Aged Care Home

Grafton Aged Care Home is an 84-bed residential facility located at 12 Bent Street, South Grafton NSW 2460, overlooking the Clarence River and rural landscapes. The home features six accommodation wings with a mix of single and companion rooms, all air-conditioned, including a dedicated 14-bed West Wing with a palliative care room. Care is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal care staff, and lifestyle officers. The facility offers palliative care, respite care, and dementia support, and has been fully accredited by the Australian Government meeting all 44 expected outcomes. Residents can enjoy peaceful gardens, river views from the verandah, and activity programmes designed by lifestyle officers and physiotherapists.
