On Luck Chinese Nursing Home

On Luck Chinese Nursing Home is a residential aged care facility operated by the Chinese Community Social Services Centre (CCSSC), a not-for-profit organisation established in 1992 in Victoria. CCSSC is the largest government-funded, not-for-profit aged care and welfare service provider for the Chinese-Victorian community, employing more than 240 workers across five offices. The facility is designed specifically to serve Chinese-speaking people from a wide range of countries including China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Taiwan, Singapore, and others. Staff share the same cultural backgrounds and languages as residents, ensuring culturally appropriate care for this community.
