Iris Grange Supported Residential Service is located at 569 Upper Heidelberg Rd, Heidelberg VIC 3084, close to several major hospitals including the Austin Hospital and Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital. The facility offers short-term respite care, long-term accommodation, post-operative rehabilitation, and day respite. It comprises 39 single rooms and two double rooms, all with private ensuites, built-in robes, individually controlled heating and cooling, TV and phone points, an emergency call system, and garden views. Allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and podiatry are available on-site, along with a hairdresser and qualified chef. Staff are available 24 hours a day, and no up-front bonds are required — only weekly fees.
