Videri | Alameda is one of the small dementia-specific residential homes operated by Videri Australia (formerly Group Homes Australia) across Sydney. Each Videri home supports just 6 to 10 residents in a genuine house environment nestled within a local community, with care ratios of approximately one carer to every three residents. The organisation provides 24/7 permanent residential and flexible respite care exclusively for people living with dementia, with care shaped by each person's individual life story. Founded by Tamar Krebs, Videri's philosophy — called "The Videri Way" — takes a strengths-based, capability-led approach that extends support to residents' families as well as the individual. Videri Australia operates at least 24 homes across Sydney suburbs including the Inner West, North Shore, Hills District, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs.
