Stable Home Care is a family-owned and operated home care provider based in Coolangatta, Queensland, serving older adults across the Tweed Heads, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Wide Bay–Burnett regions. Founded in 2021 by twin brothers Joshua and Lachlan Bacon — both Registered Nurses — the service began as Transition Care before rebranding as Stable Home Care in May 2024 upon becoming an approved Support at Home Package Provider. The provider offers in-home services including personal care, in-home nursing, overnight and 24/7 support, domestic assistance, transport, assistive technology, and a full suite of allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and podiatry. Clients can be funded through government Support at Home packages, NDIS, DVA Community Nursing, or privately self-funded arrangements.
