The village offers 53 self-contained apartments across studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus study, and two-bedroom configurations, with entry contributions ranging from $170,000 to $500,000 and weekly maintenance fees of $205–$225 for 2025/26. Located next to Blue Mountains Hospital, residents enjoy easy access to public transport, shops, cafes, and the famous Blue Mountains bushwalks and walking tracks. The village operates a vibrant social programme including exercise classes, monthly bus outings, movie afternoons, a mindful art group, and monthly happy hour, alongside on-site amenities such as landscaped gardens, a vegetable garden, billiards and games room, and library. A no-pets policy applies, with the exception of fish and small birds.
