Centacare Home Safety Services

Centacare Home Safety Services is a community-based home maintenance and modification service operated by Centacare Brisbane, helping older Queenslanders remain safely in their own homes. Services include professional gardening, in-home safety assessments, minor modifications such as handrails and ramps, and general maintenance tasks like gutter cleaning and smoke alarm installation. It delivers the Queensland Government's Home Assist Secure programme, providing subsidised assistance to eligible residents aged 60 and over, or any age with a disability, who hold a Pensioner Concession Card. This is a home support service, not a residential aged care facility.
