Uniting AgeWell Tasmania North West Home Care

Uniting AgeWell Tasmania North West Home Care is a not-for-profit home care service operated by the Uniting Church, serving Tasmania's northwest regions including Burnie, Central Coast, Devonport, Kentish, Latrobe and Waratah-Wynyard. The service has been supporting older Australians for more than seventy years and provides in-home support services including personal care, domestic assistance, allied health services, transport, respite care and restorative care to help people recover after hospital stays. Services are available through funding schemes such as the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and tailored Support at Home programs. The organisation was recognised as Most Trusted Brand in Home Care for Victoria and Tasmania in the 2025 Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Survey.
