IRT Group

IRT Group is a community-owned organisation with over 55 years of experience improving the lives of older Australians, serving more than 8,100 people across NSW, ACT, and Queensland. They operate retirement villages, residential aged care centres, and home care services, with care types including dementia, palliative, and respite care. Allied health services are offered through their home care division, and their lifestyle programmes include craft, gardening, bus outings, and social activities across communities. IRT also runs Age Matters, a social initiative tackling homelessness, loneliness, and joblessness among older Australians. As a community-owned not-for-profit, they emphasise personalised, trust-based care across all three levels of service.
