Uniting AgeWell Melbourne North Metro Home Care

Uniting AgeWell Melbourne North Metro Home Care is a home care service helping older people in Melbourne's northern suburbs — including Banyule, Darebin, Hume, Merribek, Nillumbik, Whittlesea, and the Yarra — to remain living safely and independently at home. Operated by Uniting AgeWell, an organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia with more than 70 years of service, it delivers support through both the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Support at Home program. Services include personal care, domestic assistance, allied health, transport, care management, and flexible and cottage respite options. The organisation was voted Most Trusted Brand in Home Care Vic/Tas in the 2025 Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Survey.
