Grenfell Multi-Purpose Health Service

Grenfell Health Service is a NSW Government Multipurpose Health Service located at 80-96 Cowra Road, Grenfell NSW 2810, operated by Western NSW Local Health District. It provides residential aged care alongside a 24-hour emergency department and inpatient beds covering general medicine, rehabilitation, and palliative care. Community health services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, community nursing, wound management, and social work. Visiting services include women's health, hearing, drug and alcohol, mental health, and children's dental. Virtual care via telehealth is available, and the facility offers falls prevention and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation group programmes.
