Home Assist Secure (Communify Qld)

Home Assist Secure is a community support service run by Communify Qld, a not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane, Queensland. It provides subsidised minor home maintenance, modifications, and safety checks to help eligible older people and people with disability remain safely in their own homes. The service is funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and the Queensland Government's Home Assist Program, and operates in suburbs including Red Hill, Bardon, Paddington, Toowong, Ashgrove, and The Gap. Services include qualified trades repairs, minor modifications, smoke detector and security installations, and referrals to occupational therapists. This is a home support service, not a residential aged care facility.
