Ryman Healthcare's Ringwood East Retirement Village is a proposed development at 2–16 Mt Dandenong Road in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, situated near Eastland Shopping Centre and Ringwood Lake Park. The village will offer independent living, assisted-living serviced apartments, residential aged care, and specialist dementia care on a single site, allowing residents to remain as their health needs change over time. Planned amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, spa pool, bowling green, café, cinema, gym, library, hair and beauty salon, and workshop and craft spaces. Aged care will be personalised using Ryman's myRyman care app, with fresh chef-prepared meals delivered via their seasonal Delicious menu. Financial terms are disclosed, with a standard deferred management fee of 30% of the entry price and a choice of fixed or CPI-indexed weekly fees.
