Community Care Options

Community Care Options is a government-funded, not-for-profit community organisation based in Coffs Harbour and Urunga, NSW. They provide home care and community support services — not residential aged care — to older people, people with dementia, veterans, people with disabilities, and their carers. Services include the Support at Home Program, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Transitional Aged Care Services, Out of Hospital Care, DVA Nursing, disability plan management, support coordination, and private services such as personal care, clinical nursing, respite, domestic assistance, and transport. The organisation is governed by a volunteer Board of Management and is focused on supporting independence and community living.
