The Uniting AgeWell Community Hub in Braybrook is a health and wellness centre operated by Uniting AgeWell, a not-for-profit organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia with over 70 years of service to older Victorians and Tasmanians. The hub is purpose-designed to help older people meet health goals, stay socially connected, and continue living independently in the community. Allied health services are delivered on-site by clinical staff using an evidence-based approach, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, hydrotherapy, and massage therapy. Group programs include balance and falls prevention, Tai Chi, Pilates, yoga, and condition-specific exercise groups for people with Parkinson's disease, cardiac or pulmonary conditions, or post-stroke rehabilitation needs. An on-site home care office is also available for those wishing to explore in-home support options.
