Pingelly Somerset Alliance

Pingelly Somerset Alliance is a not-for-profit community housing provider in Pingelly, Western Australia that evolved from the merger of Pingelly Cottage Homes (established 1978) and Pingelly Aged Care Facility in 2016. It manages approximately 38 rental accommodation units ranging from 1 to 2.5-bedroom homes, primarily for residents aged 60 and over (50 and over for Aboriginal people), including low-income housing options through joint venture arrangements. The organisation operates the Staying in Place Virtual Village project, which supports older residents to remain living in their own homes in the community with coordinated services, technology platforms, and community connections to prevent isolation and loneliness.
