HammondCare Home Care South Coast

HammondCare Home Care South Coast provides in-home aged care services to people living on the NSW South Coast, offering both government-funded and private care options. Services include Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programme support, and private home care for those ineligible for subsidies or who prefer to self-fund. The team delivers nursing and clinical care, practical household support, allied health services (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, and exercise physiology), and pastoral care for clients of all faiths and cultural backgrounds. Social clubs offer day respite with activities including bus outings, gardening, exercise sessions, crafts, and social events. Over 650 volunteers engage with clients around their hobbies and interests.
