Estia Health Plenty is a residential aged care home situated in Melbourne's leafy northern suburbs at 321-327 Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC 3090. The facility provides long-term care, short-term respite, emergency care, and reablement care, with registered nurses and care staff on site 24 hours a day.
