Advantaged Care

This is a group of five aged care homes, founded in 2000 by a family who sought to improve the aged care experience after their own difficulties finding suitable care. They aim to provide a higher level of accommodation and hospitality, offering an experience more akin to a hotel. All living costs, care, cleaning, laundry, food, and activities are included. Each home features onsite kitchens with chefs preparing fresh meals daily, and activity teams to keep residents engaged. Safety and security are a priority, with modern fire protection, integrated door locking systems, and video monitoring. Management roles, including the Facility Manager and Director of Care, are held by Registered Nurses, ensuring a strong clinical understanding of resident needs.
