Essendon Terrace is an independent retirement living community operated by Ryman Healthcare, located at 262–270 Pascoe Vale Road, Essendon VIC 3040, approximately 8km from Melbourne's CBD. The village offers modern independent apartments featuring open-plan living, air conditioning, double glazing, 2.7m high ceilings, generous sunlit balconies, and secure underground parking with direct lift access.
