Omnicare - Home Delivered Meals Port Macquarie & Wauchope

Omnicare is a community support organisation providing home-delivered meals to older Australians across the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, with meal centres in Forster, Taree, Laurieton, Port Macquarie, Kempsey, and Camden Haven. Meals are freshly prepared and frozen for flexibility, with a fresh menu (cold meat salads, sandwich packs, fruit salads) available at selected branches. The service caters to a wide range of dietary needs including gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian, pureed, and thickened fluid options. Meals are delivered by community volunteers who also conduct brief welfare checks. The service is accessible via CHSP, Home Care Package, NDIS funding, or as a self-funded community service with no lock-in contracts.
