Key residential and dementia care facilities in the region include Ascott Gardens in Orange and Prunus Lodge in Molong, while Astill Court, Kooronga Lodge, Molong Lodge, and Sunset Vista provide independent living and retirement village options. Home care services include personalised case management, domestic assistance, escorted transport, meal preparation, and a Short-Term Restorative Care programme designed to restore independence through multidisciplinary support. UPA is a not-for-profit Christian organisation committed to high-standard care and acknowledges the cultures of First Nations peoples.
