Support Care and Nursing SA

Support Care and Nursing SA in Semaphore provides community nursing and in-home care services to older residents and people with health needs across the Port Adelaide–Semaphore peninsula and surrounding northern Adelaide communities. The service delivers clinical nursing care, wound management, medication support, and personal care at home, working alongside GPs and allied health to support clients with complex or ongoing health needs. Support Care and Nursing SA is a locally operated service that understands the health needs and community character of the Le Fevre Peninsula.
