Anglicare Southern Queensland | Kilcoy - Home and Community Aged Care Services

Anglicare Southern Queensland's Kilcoy service provides Support at Home aged care for older Queenslanders, helping them live independently and safely in their own homes. Its in-home services span allied health (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and dietetics), cleaning and domestic assistance, personal care and hygiene, nursing (including medication management, wound care, dementia support and palliative care), home maintenance and modifications, health and wellbeing programs, spiritual and pastoral care, and social support. Services are arranged under the Federal Government's Support at Home funding program, accessed via a My Aged Care assessment. As part of Anglicare, clients are supported by a dedicated Concierge team member who helps them choose the right mix of services for their needs and goals.
