BaptistCare At Home - Griffith

BaptistCare At Home - Griffith is a home care service delivered by BaptistCare, a Christian not-for-profit organisation that has supported Australians for over 110 years. The service helps eligible older people remain living independently in their own homes through government-subsidised support under the Support at Home program, which replaced Home Care Packages from November 2025. Service categories include everyday practical assistance, health and wellbeing care, social connection and companionship, and rehabilitation and reablement programs. Care plans are individually tailored and available to Australians aged 65 and over, or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
