Uniting Edinglassie Village is a retirement living development located at 9-11 Emerald Street, Emu Plains NSW 2750, within the Penrith region. The redevelopment will deliver 147 retirement living apartments across 5 buildings in a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options, with residents expected to move in from early 2027. The village sits alongside Uniting's existing award-winning residential aged care home, together forming a continuous care campus that also offers assisted living and 24/7 residential aged care support. Shared amenities will include a clubroom, landscaped gardens, chapel, hairdresser and beautician, café, and consulting rooms for visiting allied health professionals. A portion of the apartments will be available as affordable seniors' housing, and the development features rooftop solar and an all-electric design aligned with Uniting's net-zero carbon target for 2040.
