Elderbloom Community Care Centres is a not-for-profit aged care organisation operating four facilities across Perth's northern suburbs, including three residential care locations (Barridale Lodge, Jacaranda Lodge, and Wanneroo Community Nursing Home) and one independent living retirement village (Belgrade Park Village) for residents over 55.
