Rosewood is a long-established aged care provider in Perth with two residential facilities: Leederville and West Perth. The West Perth facility has 152 fully serviced rooms and offers high-level residential aged care, respite care, dementia and palliative care services. Rosewood emphasises around-the-clock nursing care delivered by a team of specialists including nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
