All Aged Care

All Aged Care is a not-for-profit aged care provider based in Brisbane, Queensland, founded in 1997 (formerly Oz Pol Community Care Association). The organisation primarily delivers in-home aged care services including home care packages, respite, nursing, allied health, transport, and social support, with a strong focus on culturally diverse communities. Founded by Irene Biedak after working with Polish communities in the mid-1990s, the organisation has nearly 20 years of experience supporting clients from low care through to end-of-life care. They emphasise continuity of care — matching the same carer to the same client at the same time on the same day — and offer translation and interpreter services to support non-English-speaking clients.
