Living Choice Broadwater Court is a pet-friendly retirement village located in Kincumber on the Central Coast of NSW, built across five stages including the Waterfront Estate which sits adjacent to the Broadwater and a 3.4km waterfront walking and cycling track. The village features architecturally designed villas and a limited number of waterfront apartments, set among award-winning gardens next to the Kincumber Shopping Centre. Residents have access to multiple community centres equipped with gymnasiums, two indoor heated pools, bowling greens, craft and woodworking rooms, libraries, an auditorium, barbecue areas, and an on-site medical centre. A wide range of organised activities is on offer including aquarobics, tai chi, line dancing, art groups, card games, and regular bus excursions to Gosford, Erina Fair, and Sydney.
