Anglicare Social and Wellness Centre Mount Ousley

The Anglicare Social and Wellness Centre at Mount Ousley is a community-based day respite centre operated by Anglicare Sydney, an Anglican not-for-profit organisation. It provides centre-based respite for older adults, including those living with dementia, with activities planned to suit a diverse range of needs and abilities. The weekly program includes day trips, gardening, cooking, games, art, music therapy, exercise classes, and pastoral care, with transport available to and from designated pick-up points. Freshly cooked meals catering to dietary needs are provided on-site, and costs may be covered or subsidised through a Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Package. This is a day centre service only and does not provide residential accommodation.
