Lifetime Connect Coffs Harbour

Lifetime Connect is a locally owned not-for-profit organisation established in 1972, delivering community and aged care services across Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca, and Kempsey local government areas. The organisation provides in-home aged care through Home Care Packages, including personal care, meal preparation, wound care, and a long-running Meals on Wheels service. They also operate Wellness Centres in Nambucca Heads and Macksville offering group activities and social support bus outings to help older Australians remain independent at home.
